• Scarlett Johansson looks nothing short of stunning in her new ads for the fast-fashion chain Mango.

The Fall/Winter collection is said to be inspired by British country style (think trench coats, thick knits, and double-breasted jackets) but we think that the look is far more Joan Harris (from Mad Men) than Lady Di. Stylist Camilla Nickerson, hair guru Oribe, and makeup artist Stephane Marais all played a part in creating the moody, retro scenes, which were shot by photographer Mario Sorrenti

Random question: I know you are using WordPress for this blog, but have you tried any other platforms? I am trying to decide whether to use WordPress or BlogEngine and I ask because I like yours.

The Zune concentrates on being a Portable Media Player. Not a web browser. Not a game machine. Maybe in the future it’ll do even better in those areas, but for now it’s a fantastic way to organize and listen to your music and videos, and is without peer in that regard. The iPod’s strengths are its web browsing and apps. If those sound more compelling, perhaps it is your best choice.
