POSITION SUMMARY
As a Drug Testing Solutions Sales Hunter at ASC, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our mission of being recognized as the global leader in quality medical products and services. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing relationships that contribute to our vision of partnering with 5 million companies and delivering positive outcomes to 1 billion people. This role requires a combination of sales expertise, market research, and relationship-building skills.

OBJECTIVES
  • Drive Results with Purpose: Make outbound calls to current customers, former customers, and new leads to generate orders, aligning with our mission to deliver excellence in medical testing solutions.
  • Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Manage the entire sales cycleprospecting, discovery zoom calls, quoting, and closingexecuting with precision and efficiency in alignment with our core value of disciplined execution.
  • Develop strategies to convert leads into clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with the purchasing and warehouse teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing to close deals.

  • Strong sales skills, including persuasion, objection handling, and the ability to close deals.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales experience.
  • Ability to follow the sales process: qualify, quote, close, and follow up.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
