LHH is partnering with an organization in the wellness industry to identify a temporary to hire Accountant. This individual will be responsible for full cycle accounting tasks for a few different subsidiaries so at least five years of accounting experience is preferred. Also, the company is growing and trying to set up efficient processes so if you are experienced in implementations or creating new procedures, this could be a good fit for you. This position will be mostly remote for someone who has proven success in a remote role.Responsibilities:

• Manage full cycle accounting tasks for multiple subsidiaries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company guidelines.
• Assist with the implementation of new accounting processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in full cycle accounting, preferably in a multi-entity environment.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with accounting software systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Sage.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory compliance, and audit support.

Pay Details: $33.00 to $36.00 per hour
