Something beautiful is about to bloom, including your career. What You Will Do • Provide Botox, dermal fillers, RF microneedling, and laser treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and build personalized treatment plans
• Deliver high volume injectable care with accuracy and consistency
• Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional clinical standards
• Stay current with emerging techniques and trends in facial rejuvenation
• Create a five star guest experience that reflects our brand
What You Will Bring Required • Active Nevada Nurse Practitioner license
• Master's Degree in Nursing or equivalent
• Passion for aesthetics and guest centered care
• Strong communication and consultative skills
• Ability to excel in a fast moving setting where growth and results are prioritized
Preferred • Two or more years of NP experience
• Experience or interest in injectables, medspa, dermatology, or facial rejuvenation
• Comfort working in a goal-oriented, high-volume clinical environment
Compensation and Benefits Base Salary: $110,000 to $125,000
Incentives: Monthly performance based incentives
Time Away: Thirty days PTO and paid holidays
