Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• No prior electrical experience required, but a desire to learn is essential
• Basic understanding of workplace safety and willingness to follow guidelines
• Ability to take direction and work well with others
• Professional attitude and ability to represent Veracity Electric LLC positively
• Valid drivers license
• Willingness to pass a background check and drug test

• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Organized and able to handle a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and motivated to grow in the electrical trade

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist experienced electricians with installing electrical wiring and systems for commercial projects, including pipe bending, wire pulling, and conduit running
• Follow company and OSHA safety guidelines at all times and report any safety concerns to your supervisor
• Learn to read basic blueprints and follow instructions from journeymen and foremen
• Help maintain tools and equipment to ensure theyre in good condition
• Contribute to a positive and productive team environment
• Use ladders, scaffolding, and basic electrical tools safely under supervision

Mental Expectations: As a 1st Year Apprentice, you should be ready to learn, take on new tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Youll need to listen carefully, communicate respectfully with your team, and stay focused on safety and quality.
