Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper (Full-Time, On-Site)
Reports to: Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Financial Officer

Position Overview
Dwyer Precision Products is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Executive Assistant to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. This full-time, salaried role provides direct support to the Executive Team and is responsible for managing all day-to-day accounting operations. A strong background in  manufacturing accounting (Not just general bookkeeping) is essential—this is not an entry-level bookkeeping position, and we are unable to train someone on the critical distinctions involved. The successful candidate must be confident navigating complex workflows, including multi-level BOMs and serialized inventory, within a fully cloud-based, paperless environment. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, a self-starter, and capable of taking ownership of assignments and seeing them through to completion without the need for follow-up on our part.

Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Bookkeeping

  • Full-cycle bookkeeping including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Bank Reconciliation, and Month-End Close ( under the direction of the CFO)
  • Handle job costing, inventory tracking, work orders, and cost-of-goods-sold (COGS) within a manufacturing environment
  • Process employee timesheets and submit payroll using online payroll platforms
  • Learn, memorize and interact with serialized inventory via our inventory management software, Digit.

Administrative Support

  • Provide high-level executive support to the Executive Team including scheduling, document preparation, and internal coordination
  • Serve as liaison between departments, ensuring timely follow-up on action items
  • Manage digital filing systems and support a paperless/cloud-first workflow
  • Coordinate communications, reporting, and document control across teams
  • Reception duties (we are a small office)

Required Qualifications & Non-Negotiables

  • Manufacturing Bookkeeping/accounting experience *If you don't have  manufacturing  experience please do not apply.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting ( not just general bookkeeping )
  • Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and online payroll software
  • Experience working with complex Bills of Materials (BOMs) and serialized inventory tracking
  • Familiarity with cloud-based systems; Google Workspace proficiency is a plus
  • High level of computer proficiency and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Manufacturing Accounting Experience
  • Proficient in QBO & Excel
