The Chef Agency Regional Associates create genuine relationships with candidates in all areas of the hospitality industry from entry-level management to C-Suite roles in Front of House to Back of House and everything in between, with the intention of matching candidates to job opportunities within our client’s organizations.
A Regional Associate is a fully remote opportunity as a 1099 independent contractor- 100% commission based . We empower our team to create their own small business, providing you with our established network of clients, a database of candidates and sourcing resources to build your own candidate network. Requirements:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manages full-cycle recruiting (pre-hire, advertising, screening, selection, sourcing, compensation, interviewing, onboarding) • Sources hospitality candidates through traditional platforms and innovative strategies • Assesses candidate qualifications through resume reviews and phone screenings • Builds strong relationships with hiring managers for trusted partnerships • Submits thoughtful candidate recommendations for relevant job opportunities • Serves as primary contact for candidates throughout recruitment process • Utilizes applicant tracking system and technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.) to support recruiting
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR: • 5+ years hospitality management experience OR 2+ years full-cycle hospitality recruiting experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
