Construction Manager

What You'll Do

• Manage the customer and client experience, ensuring high satisfaction.
• Evaluate, sell, and negotiate project scopes and estimates.
• Develop work scopes, schedules, and budgets for projects.
• Oversee in-house crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Coordinate and monitor project execution, quality, and compliance with codes.
• Conduct walk-throughs, resolve issues, and secure completion sign-offs.
• Recruit, train, and manage personnel as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and financial records for all projects.
• Ensure safety practices and risk management protocols are followed.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
• Bachelor's in construction management preferred
• Proven experience in restoration/construction background a plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Hands-on approach with willingness to oversee work onsite. Physical & Work Environment
• Frequent walking, standing, driving, and occasional ladder use.
• Exposure to varying jobsite conditions, including noise and weather

Normal Working Hours, Additional Working Hours, and Travel Requirements

This is a full-time position, working hours varying between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., MondayFriday, 45 hours per week minimum. This position frequently requires long hours, working on-call occasionally, and weekend work. Travel is required and is primarily local. However, some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
