Position is responsible for fielding inbound calls and emails and booking solutions that meet clients transportation needs and expectations.

Job Qualifications

• Technical proficiency with computer and phones is a must.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior transportation, event, or, hospitality sales experience is helpful.
• Schedule flexibility is valued.
• Knowledge of DFW Metroplex geography is helpful.

Customer Service Attitude

• Deliver World-Class Service by cultivating and maintaining relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
• Maintain positive, upbeat telephone demeanor.
• Willingness to field high-volume of client inquiries.

Accountability

• Thoroughly understand company capabilities as regards, fleet, personnel, safety, and regulatory environment.
• Ensure all client requests and inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner.
• See the "Big Picture" by maintaining pricing and logistical integrity; ensure "win-win" outcomes.
