Customer Service Representative Join Delta Dental of Oklahoma , the leading dental benefits provider in Oklahoma. Job Description This position is full‑time, 40 hours per week, and located in Oklahoma City. The successful team member will serve as an operator, answering calls and representing DDOK. Responsibilities include: Answering calls from customers, members, providers, brokers, and internal staff regarding dental benefits, enrollment, and website issues. Resolving issues with empathy and efficiency, providing accurate information on benefits, and routing complex inquiries appropriately. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions in the system. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and a positive experience. Qualifications Customer Service experience required. High School graduate or equivalent. General office experience using computer, telephone, calculator. Typing speed 25 WPM or higher. Score of 70% or higher on Customer Service test. Enjoy talking to people on the phone and building relationships. Additional Qualifications Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience. Dental office or insurance experience.
