Customer Service Representative (German Speaking)

Responsibilities


  • Customer services according to company standards, rules and culture
  • Regular contact with customers either by email or by phone (frequent telephone contact required)
  • Informing clients about technical and commercial product values and new offer
  • Managing the entire order circle from order entry until delivery to customer
  • Fill in and maintain all required documents, following procedures
  • Monitor, control the order status
  • Manage, control and update customer databases in compliance with SOX and FCPA rules
  • Develop and secure new customer relationships
  • Work closely with finance to verify credit position before process a new order
  • Attend to customer questions and concerns immediately and facilitate satisfactory resolution


Requirements
  • Experience in sales or customer service activities for at least 1?2 years
  • Sufficient level of technical knowledge
  • Interpersonal ability to represent the company in contacts with customers and build relationships with them
  • Competitive drive and nature as well as a creative thinker who can overcome customer rejection
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Attention to Detail, Deadline?Oriented
  • Computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
