Responsibilities Communicating effectively across levels and departments through strong verbal, written, and presentation skills Interacting comfortably with merchants and external partners Collaborating with project managers, system health, and engineering to ensure effective cross-project communication and issue management Participating actively in process improvement initiatives to enable operational efficiency Assessing existing practices, identifying deficiencies and gaps, and creating plans to remediate Thoroughly documenting processes and exceptions Competencies You\'ll Need 1+ years of relevant work experience Demonstrated understanding of data integration and normalization Excellent time management and organizational skills Experience working in a collaborative environment Ability to think creatively to approach problem-solving Comfortability with external partner communications Deadline driven, self-motivated, organized, and able to multitask Tools We Use Jira Confluence Hex Gsuite Slack Location This hybrid role is based in our DC or NYC office. In-office attendance is required on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and may increase based on project-based needs and changes to Upside’s in-office policy over time. Compensation The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $115,000 + equity + benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
