Delivery Van Driver

When childhood friends Holly and Shawn stepped away from their corporate careers and started Rook Coffee in 2010, they wanted to make people feel special. Since the beginning, in a 300-square-foot shack, Rook has focused on offering specialty coffees that inspire genuine, human connections.

Our logistics team is responsible for moving products to and from our production facility while having a truckload of fun! This includes picking, packing, and delivering coffee and cold brew to our 11 retail locations, packing and shipping coffee and cold brew directly to customers who order online, and assisting with receiving and organizing raw materials and supplies at our production facility. Logistics team members are detail-oriented individuals who can work independently on projects and tasks.

You Will

• Pick and pack orders from stores
• Deliver to and from store locations and roastery using our delivery van
• Aid in preparation, labeling, packaging, and fulfillment of rookcoffee.com orders
• Contribute to various roastery and production "housekeeping" tasks
• Assist with merchandise organization, counts, and distribution
• Assist in receiving, recording, and organizing supplies and raw materials that are delivered to our production facility/roastery

You Have

• A valid driver's license and experience driving a delivery van
• Weekend availability
• Proficiency in the use of technology including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Gsuite, email, Etc.
• Positive mental attitude and outlook on life
• Friendly and genuine personality is a must!
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a fast-paced / labor intensive role for a minimum of three months, with proven and consistent results
• The ability to function as part of a cohesive team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift or move a minimum of 50 lbs
• The ability to stand for an extended period of time

$16 - $19 an hour

Salary range is a starting rate based on experience.
