The City of Bothell is excited to announce an opening for a Digital Content Coordinator to join the Communications team in the Executive Department!

This position will develop and curate the Citys social media voice, coordinate content creation with different departments, assist with new digital tools, lead email marketing efforts, and develop digital channels to help share the Citys story. What will you do in this position?

• Develop a comprehensive, trend-forward social media strategy for the Citys channels, with a focus on compelling, engaging content.
• Collaborate with the Communications Manager, Engagement Coordinator, and department staff to identify content needs and gather materials (e.g., photos, videos, information).
• Develop and execute a refreshed email marketing strategyincluding a rebuild of the Citys eNews newsletterusing clear, engaging storytelling techniques that are relevant and digestible.
• Produce quality graphic design deliverables including digital flyers, printed newsletters, and infographics for these channels.
• Execute updates to the City website for News Flash items and related announcements.
