Position: Director of Business Development

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000/YR DOE

Location: Puget Sound Care, 4001 Capital Mall Dr. SW, Olympia, WA 98502

What You'll Do:

• Act as a brand ambassador for Caldera Care, building and maintaining strong relationships with referral sources in the community
• Foster strategic partnerships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and social workers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop business strategies and improve referral processes
• Organize and participate in community events to raise awareness of our services and build meaningful connections
• Drive census and skilled mix growth through proactive business development initiatives and outreach

What We're Looking For:

• Must have experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) marketing
• Clinical background is a strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance payer systems
• 1+ year of marketing and/or management experience (preferred)

Compensation for roles at Puget Sound Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Puget Sound Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Puget Sound Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:
