Job Description

The eDiscovery Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the legal team by executing complex search queries, managing legal holds, and exporting evidence with precision and efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the legal group to ensure accurate and timely responses to legal requests, typically within 24 hours. The role offers flexibility, with an expected workload of 10-20 hours per week depending on request volume.

Responsibilities

Partner with security and legal stakeholders to understand and fulfill evidence requirements.
Execute complex eDiscovery searches within Microsoft tools and platforms.
Manage, monitor, and maintain legal holds.
Deliver timely and accurate evidence exports to support ongoing legal processes.
Ensure all activities comply with established legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications

Proven experience with eDiscovery processes and tools, particularly within Microsoft platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive data with confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
