We’re currently looking for an Electro-Mechanical Technician III to help keep our equipment running at peak performance.

What You’ll Do

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical and electrical systems on production equipment.
• Take ownership of advanced preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.
• Analyze root causes of equipment issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide guidance on technical challenges.
• Partner with engineering to assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and automation projects.
• Ensure detailed documentation of diagnostics, repairs, and part usage.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety policies, LOTO procedures, and compliance standards.

What You Bring

• A strong mix of mechanical and electrical skills with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair automated and semi-automated machinery.
• Familiarity with safety practices including lockout/tagout procedures and machine safety standards.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced technical setting.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or equivalent training in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, or mechatronics.
• 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficient with multimeters, hand tools, and basic diagnostic equipment.
• Basic understanding of PLC systems and controls is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends if needed.
