The Gurka Agency is looking for a detail-oriented and people-oriented Customer Account Representative who can foster customer relationships, manage new customers with care, and ensure an outstanding customer sales experience from start to finish.
This is a role for someone who enjoys structured work with a people-first mindset. You’ll act as the link between our customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth processes, clear communication, and accurate service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Direct sales customer consultations
Handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide thoughtful follow-up
Collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Input and track account data using Salesforce
Strengthen customer loyalty through excellent service
