As an Evening Shift Production Worker, you will be part of a team that assembles high-quality windows in a clean, temperature-controlled facility. Your daily tasks will be dynamic, allowing you to stay active throughout your shift. No prior experience? No worries! We provide extensive hands-on training to ensure you succeed in your role. Highlights of your role:

• Assemble products using tools and automated machinery, such as drilling holes, measuring, and cutting parts.
• Access visual and written instructions on a computer screen for retrieving parts and delivering them to production lines.
• Collaborate closely with your supervisor to address any mechanical or material issues that arise.
• Crosstrain across various departments, adding variety to your work and increasing your earning potential.

Select a schedule that suits your lifestyle:

*Please note: all shifts require mandatory overtime.

Monday - Thursday:

• Days: 5:00 am - 3:30 pm Pay: $18.50 per hour
• Evenings: 3:30 pm - 1:30 am Pay: $21.50 per hour

You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can):

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills.
