About this role:

For Good & Co is looking for an Executive Creative Director to join a growing and ambitious team. Our brand is evolving as an agency by way of talent, experience, collaboration, and passion for creating inspiring work. It is an exciting time within the agency and this position will help bring this vision to life.

As Executive Creative Director, you will lead the creative department, managing a handful of both full-time and freelance creative directors, art directors, writers and designers, photographers, filmmakers and motion graphic artists. Across all accounts you will act as the creative leader, helping your teams pinpoint and produce the right creative approach. You must simultaneously support, lead, collaborate, and inspire your teams to find, not only the right solution, but the new solution. Your team’s work must be culturally connected as well as cutting edge.

In addition to managing your team, you will play an instrumental role within the agency leadership team as we continually build upon our agency vision and identify agency opportunities across departments.

  • Lead the creative development of ongoing agency promotions
  • Partner with department leaders throughout any/all stages of new business

Salary range for this position DOE. You will receive up to three weeks paid vacation, eleven paid holiday days; paid sick time; 100% employer-paid health, dental, vision, disability and term-life policy premiums for employee; insurance benefits available for dependents which is paid by employee through pre-tax 125 cafeteria plan; FSA or HSA plans available for employee-paid co-pays/deductibles or dependent care expenses; 401k plan; gated employee parking; cell phone stipend; company-paid outings.

Position requires sitting or standing for long periods of time, lifting up to 30 pounds, extensive use of a computer, driving an automobile and personal automobile available for business use (mileage is reimbursed), occasional national travel with out-of-town stays as long as seven days (sometimes longer), and non-disclosure agreement.
