We are currently looking to hire an Executive Protection Agent to join our team embedded with our client in Palo Alto, CA!

*This is a full-time position that requires 100% travel with our client and will provide executive protection services, as required, and with some last-minute requests. Regular days and hours of work will be ten-day rotations with daily hours of 7AM to 7PM, with additional on-call duties, but may vary based on client needs. This role may require day, evening, and night driving, including occasional coverage of weekends and holidays, as necessary.

*This position is open to candidates located anywhere within the continental United States. The role involves 100% travel, with destinations varying based on client locations and business needs. Candidates must be willing and able to travel extensively throughout the duration of their assignment, with travel schedules determined by client requirements and project timelines.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Executive Protection Agent will deliver professional, unobtrusive, and low-profile security to the client, ensuring their well-being and physical safety during daily life activities, events, and travel. This role is expected to conduct advanced planning, threat assessment, and risk mitigation strategies to preemptively identify and respond to potential security threats.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide physical security to the client and their guests by remaining vigilant, identifying possible threats or suspicious behavior in real-time, and responding appropriately
  • Conduct advance work and planning, including thorough site surveys, coordination with security teams, venue management, and local authorities as needed
  • Prepare detailed security and contingency plans, as required
  • Manage the client's immediate environment by screening visitors, deliveries, and vendors at workspaces or personal residences
  • Maintain discreet and professional conduct, blending into the environment and avoiding the escalation of situations unnecessarily
  • Respond swiftly to medical emergencies, fire alarms, or other crises involving the client
  • Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables.
  • Proactively communicate with clients regarding identified risks to personnel, property,
    or reputation
  • Ensure completion of any client-required plans, surveys, or reports
  • Assist with customer service issues to ensure a consistently high level of service

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of equivalent or relevant industry experience
  • Operational experience in similar physical security roles, preferably with a high-net-worth client/family office
  • Operational experience with residential security teams, executive protection details, and/or high-profile corporate security teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Emotional intelligence and a customer-focused approach
  • A successful track record operating within a high-touch, customer service environment
  • Ability to adapt quickly to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Ability to remain calm under stressful conditions
  • High ethical standards with proven ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information, excellent judgment, discretion, and diplomacy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • This position requires 100% travel.
  • This job operates in environments and under conditions that may require the use of protective gear and devices, and/or awareness of personal safety and safety of others.This job may be required to perform stressful and physical activity.

  • Executive Protection and/or Tactical training
  • Advanced medical training (EMT, WEMT, WFR, TCCC/TECC)

$65—$65 USD
