Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Oversee restaurant operations, including staffing, setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead and mentor restaurant associates while fostering teamwork and morale.

• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage payroll to support efficient operations.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.

• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, empowering associates to exceed expectations.

• Support hiring, training, and cross-training initiatives to build a skilled and motivated team.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a dynamic food and beverage environment.

• A passion for service excellence and the ability to inspire your team to deliver memorable guest experiences.

• Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification preferred).

• Effective communication skills to liaise with guests, associates, and management teams.

• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and resolve problems efficiently.

• Previous supervisory experience in food and beverage operations is preferred.
