Job Summary Our project management leaders are the connective tissue of our teams, our ability to run day-to-day operations smoothly, and an essential partner to our internal and client resources. We are looking for a detail-oriented digital Project Manager to manage a global digital project supporting strategic and creative resources and contribute to project and workflow efficiencies for a global wellness CPG brand. You will ensure all project deliverables are of high quality, completed on time and on budget, and aligned with the brand’s goals. Hybrid: 3 days in Chicago, IL office, 2 days at home. This role pays $55 an hour, averaging 25 to 30 hours a week. Estimated end date - Nov 28th Responsibilities Appropriately prioritize and manage the workflow internally and externally with the client. Maintain the overall project schedule and clearly organize and forecast deliverables and dependencies across multiple workstreams. Manage day-to-day tasks, including proactive identification of potential challenges, and ensuring on-time project deliverables Motivate project teams across disciplines to create a collaborative environment and challenge them to produce great work. Assign individual resource responsibilities and help identify the proper resources needed. Lead project status meetings for internal teams. Strong communication skills and ability to quickly articulate risks and develop mitigation strategies as well as escalate to Account leadership as it relates to project status and deliverables. Support the creation of exceptional strategic digital deliverables on time, and on budget. Gain alignment on the scope, schedule, assumptions, and cost for projects with an ability to effectively translate these to Client Proposals and Statements of Work. Partner with Account Management to manage scope, finding solutions for challenges, and optimize for continued account growth. Assist Account Management in budgeting tasks such as creation of estimates, scope of work and budget tracking. Responsible for project status and financial tracking including monitoring POs and invoices Responsible for building detailed project plans, creating timelines, initiating project start-up, effectively, and reporting on project status, burn rates, budgets, and reconciliations to agency and client stakeholders. Manage project communication internally and externally and document key meetings and decisions Qualifications 8+ years of hands-on project management experience in advertising or marketing communications in a client-facing role. Must be open to early and late conference calls with global teams and clients, when needed Excellent relationship team building and client-facing skills. Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company, external partners, and clients. Experience with common project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Microsoft Suite. Conscientious and adept at problem-solving through critical thinking. Comfortable working with various teams, participating in client meetings, tailoring communications based on audience and level. Strong attention to detail, well-organized Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
