Job Summary: Responsible for providing customer service to passengers, including arrivals, ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and handling queries or complaints. Flight Privileges: Offered after 30 days for employees and eligible family members. Weekly pay for hourly employees (may vary by state). Full-time starts at 30 hours per week. Job Duties: Assist passengers with a friendly welcome, support during arrival and check-in, including special needs such as unaccompanied minors, VIPs, and wheelchair assistance. Operate computerized systems for ticketing, check-in, boarding, baggage services, reservations, and resolve related issues. Guide passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine processes. Support ramp agents by ensuring wheelchairs, strollers, and gate-checked bags are available for loading and delivery. Push wheelchairs and assist passengers throughout the airport. Follow all safety procedures and policies. Perform other duties as assigned, within the scope of the position. Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum age of 18 years. Ability to obtain necessary credentials per airport or government requirements. Physical Requirements: Constantly lift up to 70 lbs, push, pull, walk, stand, reach, stoop, squat, kneel, bend, climb, and crawl as needed. Working Conditions: Able to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required. Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
