Join our Member Services Team!

We are looking to hire an energetic, detail-oriented individual to join our Member Services Team. As the first point of contact for our members and guest, this role is the pillar to creating an exceptional member experience.

• Communicating in-person and over the phone for general membership, gym, and billing inquiries.
• Moderate cleaning including restrooms, locker rooms, fitness floor, and cardio loft.
• Mulit-tasking at all times. Checking in members, giving facility tours, answering phones, towel service, and creating positive interactions and lasting relationships with our members are task you can expect within each shift.

Availability Requirements:

• Afternoon to late evening on weekdays.
• Possibility of early morning and daytime weekday shifts. 
• Open availability on weekends.

Additional skills:

• 3 years of basic receptionist experience.
• Point of sale experience.
• Ability to stand for 5 hours.
• Willing to learn and work well with our team.
• Moderate cleaning.
• Willingness to serve and assist our members.
