Job Description - Lead and manage all phases of healthcare renovation projects, from planning through close-out.
- Oversee $15M+ projects , ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

The Successful Applicant - Experience: Minimum 10 years in construction project management, with recent experience in healthcare renovations.
- Proven track record managing large-scale projects ($15M+) in hospital or clinical environments.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Procore, scheduling platforms).
- Ability to work onsite in Miami-Dade.
