💰 What We Offer:
$22.00 - 26.00/hour + consistent overtime 10+ hr. days Monday - Friday

🛠️ Job Duties:
Operate compactor to spread and compact trash
Use dozer for daily cover and grading
Excavate soil using an excavator
Maintain haul roads using a grader
Haul soil and assist with other general landfill duties
✅ Requirements:
1+ year experience operating light or heavy equipment
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to complete basic daily reports
Landfill or waste industry experience is a plus — not required
Must be able to lift/push/pull 50–75+ lbs.
Strict adherence to safety guidelines is required
