Job Description

Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our employees, guests and visitors is an integral part of our operations. You will take the lead in ensuring the safety & security of our guests, ambassadors and hotel on the daily shift.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure the overall safety and security of the guests, employees and property premises
• Investigate and report any violations to law/property policy, occurrences of accidents, complaints, criminal activity and crisis situations
• Conduct regular floor patrols, cash counts and crowd control
• Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential
• Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
• Be a collaborative team player, a creative problem solver who leads with your heart
• Prior experience working in hotel security management
• Work well under pressure, remaining calm & courteous at all times
