From site design plans by one of our design professionals, to yearly organic lawn care and maintenance programs, to custom masonry, we offer landscaping services throughout Bergen County and the Northern New Jersey area.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Landscape Garden and Maintenance Foreman to lead our landscaping crew in the design, installation, and maintenance of residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in horticulture and maintenance, as well as excellent leadership skills to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Lead and train crew members in landscaping techniques, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections of projects to ensure high-quality standards and timely completion.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.
Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in landscape maintenance and management, preferably as a foreman or crew leader.
Strong knowledge of plants, landscape design, and horticultural practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment and tools safely.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Landscape maintenance certification or related horticultural degree preferred.
