Salary:

The Fountain Trust Company, a $679 million-dollar community bank with 16 locations in west-central Indiana, is searching for a motivated professional to join our Loan team. This is a full-time position located at our branch in Covington, IN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Call on new and existing customers
• Evaluate needs of potential customers
• Underwrite and analyze potential business
• Build productive, long-lasting relationships
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Attend meetings, sales events and training
• Maintain and expand client base
• Report and provide feedback to management

Skills Required

• Proven sales experience
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, driven and efficient
• Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
• Ability to work under pressure to meet certain deadlines
• Ability to provide excellent customer service

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required. Related banking or sales experience may also be accepted. 
• Compensation will vary depending on education and sales experience.
