This unique opportunity requires a skilled individual with a tier 2 and/or 3 support background. The job consists of providing high-level support to our internal support/professional services teams; providing triage and prioritization for high-level support issues queue, assisting with customer-facing webinars and user group conferences.

• Provide end-user phone, email, or chat requests for support to resolve basic computer, application, system, device, access, or performance issues. 

• Monitor the high-level, tier 2+ support call queue (BUS) and take ownership of the ticket.
• Interact with a range of external customers and internal departments such as Professional Services, Support, and R&D.
• Develop a deep understanding of the functional and technical features of our applications and use this knowledge to address application-related issues and questions.
• Identify, diagnose, determine, and document the root cause for application problems
• Being a Tier 3 Support Analyst advises users on methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues and provides documentation as needed to both clients and Tier 1/2 Harris support staff.
• Assist in the problem-solving of data, architecture, and interface issues.
• Provide suggestions on software enhancements to product stakeholders.
• Provide training to Support & Professional Services on troubleshooting.
• Occasionally demo software as part of client training and/or client user group conferences.
