Seeking Owner/Operator for new Indian Fusion Restaurant
Highly successful local restaurateur seeking a partner/operator/manager for a new restaurant location.
The new restaurant will have an Indian Fusion menu, just like the currently operating and highly successful restaurants in the Bellevue Washington area.
The location of the new restaurant will be Redmond Washington, a 4200-foot location abutting a highly successful 10,000 square foot Indian grocery outlet.
The total investment will be $350,000 to $500,000. The current partners would like the new owner/operator to invest up to $100,000. The other three partners will provide the remainder of the investment required.
