The Owners Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Remote will be responsible for:\n

    \n
  • Support the Owner's Representative in managing tenant fit-out interior construction projects from start to finish.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and liaise with general contractors, subcontractors, and specialty vendors (AV, IT, Security, FF&E).
  • \n
  • Attend onsite progress meetings 1-2 times per week and maintain ongoing remote communication.
  • \n
  • Monitor schedules, budgets, and compliance, ensuring landlord and contractor responsibilities are met.
  • \n
  • Provide regular status updates and construction guidance to internal teams and leadership.
  • \n
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
  • \n
  • Ensure that all work aligns with corporate standards and owner requirements.
  • \n

The Owners Project Manager - Interiors Projects - Remote will have:\n

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Manager, ideally 5+ years in construction or interiors.
  • \n
  • Previous experience supporting an Owner's Representative or working closely with owner reps is essential.
  • \n
  • General Contractor experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working remotely while committing to regular onsite visits.
  • \n
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • \n
