Job Details

Primary Responsibilities

  • Assess and reassess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans.
  • Deliver and evaluate nursing interventions.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
  • Delegate and supervise tasks effectively.
  • Educate patients and families on treatments and post-hospital care.
  • Train and mentor staff, maintain professionalism under stress, and uphold safety and confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities

  • Float between units as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, education, and quality improvement activities.
  • Manage resources efficiently and maintain unit functions.
Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
  • Current Ohio nursing licensure and BLS certification.
  • Specialty certifications as required.
  • Prior patient care experience preferred.
