Job Details Primary Responsibilities
- Assess and reassess patient conditions, develop and implement care plans.
- Deliver and evaluate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care.
- Delegate and supervise tasks effectively.
- Educate patients and families on treatments and post-hospital care.
- Train and mentor staff, maintain professionalism under stress, and uphold safety and confidentiality.
Additional Responsibilities
- Float between units as needed.
- Participate in meetings, education, and quality improvement activities.
- Manage resources efficiently and maintain unit functions.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program, BSN preferred.
- Current Ohio nursing licensure and BLS certification.
- Specialty certifications as required.
- Prior patient care experience preferred.
