Job Description

• The Patient Services Representative I represents the face of the company to patients and plays a key role in delivering compassionate, high-quality service.
• The ENTRY PSR I supports patient care by greeting patients, answering questions, maintaining the waiting area, and assisting during breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• This role provides training in phlebotomy skills, offering an opportunity to grow within the company while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and a positive patient experience.

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and professional work environment.
• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-ins using self-service kiosks or handheld tablets.

• Prior phlebotomy experience not required.
