Job Summary M-F, Daytime hours Candidate must reside in Phoenix, Arizona area Hybrid Work Model- (50% in-office; 50% remote) This critical role will be responsible for full-cycle physician recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully placing physicians in a variety of specialties and a deep understanding of the physician recruitment landscape. Education Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience is required Experience Three years of experience in physician recruitment is required, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting Required Skills Proven track record of successfully placing physicians in a variety of specialties. Strong understanding of physician compensation models. Excellent sourcing and networking skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates and stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, professional networking sites, and physician databases. Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders. The physician recruiter will work to meet the physician development strategies and goals identified in the Manpower Plan. Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including verifying credentials, and checking references. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key metrics, such as time-to-fill and candidate pipeline. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and relevant regulations. Contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment marketing strategies.
