The President & CEO of the Warren County Chamber of Business & Industry (WCCBI) drives the organization's mission to foster economic growth, enhance business development, and improve the overall quality of life in Warren County.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization into its next phase of growth and innovation. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and financial performance of the company. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record in business management and senior leadership, capable of inspiring teams and driving business development initiatives.

* External Relations & Advocacy
* Staff Management & Organizational Culture

Qualifications:
* Resident of Warren County with knowledge of the economic landscape
* Experience working with Boards of Directors and in public-private partnerships
* Familiar with public policy and economic development programs at local, state, and federal levels
