Passion-Driven Career – Turn your love for dogs into a fulfilling profession. What You’ll Be Doing Dog Training & Handling – Work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. Client Interaction – Educate and communicate effectively with clients about their dogs’ training progress. Community – Promote our services by visiting local vets, attending expos, and participating in events. Content Creation – Capture and edit short training videos (bonus if you have drone skills!). Versatile Work Environment – Train indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and locations. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication skills – both in person and via text/email. Local to Seattle or Tacoma or surrounding areas . Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes . Comfortable bringing at least one "board and train" dog into your home . Experience with video creation/editing . Reliable transportation (SUV required--can discuss) . Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule . Ability to respond to texts within 3 hours . Willingness to work in all weather conditions . Over 21 years old with personal and professional references . Clean background/criminal record . iPhone and internet access . Bachelor’s degree preferred . Completion of our 21-day training program & testing at the OLK9 Training Facility in Virginia . What a Day in the Life Looks Like Hands-on training with dogs of all sizes and temperaments . Working directly with clients to help them achieve their training goals . Local traveling . Engaging in ongoing education and skill development . Filming, editing, and posting content to showcase your training success . Managing your schedule and ensuring top-tier client service .
