Job Description

A leading operations team is currently seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator for a remote position (or hybrid) based in New Jersey. This full-time role involves supporting business projects and ensuring seamless communication and documentation.


About the Opportunity:

  • Remote work with occasional travel requirements.
  • Schedule: Flexible, with critical periods in November and December.
  • Contract duration: 6+ months with a possibility to convert to a permanent role.
  • Setting: Support in site openings and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in planning and executing business projects.
  • Maintaining project documentation, including timelines and reports.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action items.
  • Tracking project milestones and deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure project alignment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or an administrative role.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Smartsheet).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build effective relationships with cross-functional teams.



Desired Skills:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and go-getter personality.
  • Basic technical knowledge or interest in technology.
  • Resourceful with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with documentation and reporting.
