• Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

• Travel to job sites across the US as needed

• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met.

• Monitor project progress and address any potential risks or delays.
\n
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
\n
• Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders as needed.

• Oversee procurement of materials and management of resources.
\n
• Foster effective communication within the project team to maintain alignment and productivity.

A successful Project Manager should have:\n

• 3+ years of background in construction project management within the general contracting world.
\n
• Prior experience with Walmart, Sam's Club, or Food Lion projects.
\n
• Ability to effectively communicate with client's construction managers.
\n
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage teams and projects effectively.
\n
• Proven ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.
\n
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards.
\n
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
\n
• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
\n
