• Strategic in translating newsletters and website/blog content into innovative, platform-native formats that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions
• Innovative in conceptualizing, testing, and iterating content formats that shape audience behavior and amplify brand presence
• Resourceful in leveraging user-generated content and emerging trends to enhance campaigns and boost authenticity
• Collaborative in guiding Production, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and high-value campaigns
• Analytical in monitoring performance metrics, evaluating ROI, and optimizing content based on data-driven insights

You are ideally...

• A professional with 7+ years of hands-on social media experience in travel, lifestyle, or digital content, with proven strategic leadership
• Passionate about travel and lifestyle content, with exceptional storytelling instincts and trend awareness
• An excellent communicator, capable of influencing multiple stakeholders and crafting compelling messaging
• Highly organized and proactive, able to oversee multiple campaigns and strategic initiatives simultaneously
• Curious and forward-thinking, always exploring new platforms, formats, and creative opportunities
• Degree-educated in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
