Interventional Radiology Physician Assistant - Florham Park, New Jersey

Permanent Full-Time No Call Monday-Friday

Clinical Role

• Seeking a licensed, board certified or board eligible Physician Assistant

• Permanent, employed position

• Hiring due to growth and expansion

• Join a collaborative team of 2 Interventional Radiologists and 1 IR PA

• Practice in a state-of-the-art, freestanding Interventional Radiology facility

• Time split between outpatient center and hospital setting

• Interventional Radiology or surgical experience preferred (training provided)

• No nights. No weekends. No call.

• Typical weekday office hours

• EMR: EPIC

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with all interventional radiology procedures

• Injection, exchange, and removal of drainage catheters (GU and GI)

• Imaging-guided thoracentesis and paracentesis

• Vascular access procedures (PICC lines, ports, tunneled lines)

• Arthrocentesis and joint injections under imaging guidance

• See new consults in the clinic and hospital setting

• Arrange follow-ups and participate in department quality improvement initiatives

Education & Requirements

• Physician Assistant degree required

• Active New Jersey PA license required

• 1+ year of relevant experience required (2-4 years preferred)

• BLS & ACLS certification required

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

  Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation range: $116,000 - $145,000
