Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Howard County, Maryland

Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
Implement individualized treatment plans designed to improve communication, social, and behavioral skills
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Collaborate with Behavior Analysts and other RBTs to develop and modify treatment plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized therapy environment
Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the client's care
Requirements:
Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or a related field
1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD or developmental disabilities
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
