Recruiting Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating the hiring process from beginning to end. The person in this role supports the recruitment team in attracting and evaluating candidates, scheduling, and conducting interviews, and overseeing hiring paperwork.
An ideal candidate for this role is a team player that has experience in and understanding of recruitment processes and knowledge of employment legislature and practices. A bachelor's degree in business, Human resources, or a related field. Excellent interpersonal skills for establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
