We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse ( R N) in Wiggins, C O to administer patient care in accordance with a physician established care plan. This role is a part time, 1099 contract opportunity, with the current need being 4 hours per week. Care is provided at the patient’s residence. Once our patients are accepted into the program, there is no expiration for this benefit, which allows our team of caregivers to build lasting relationships with their patients for years to come. You’ll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with H H A’s, Care Team members and the patient’s physicians.
