About the job Remote Data Entry Specialist


Optimere is looking for a Data Entry Specialist for our Contribution Processing Department. In this role, you will be responsible for editing hours reported on company systems by checking all edit/error codes and verifying data entry to ensure participants are credited with the correct hours worked.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years contribution processing, data entry or comparable work experience.
• Data processing or accounting experience highly desirable
• Accurate typing- 45 WPM/10 Key by touch
• MS Word, MS Excel, and Outlook experience required
• Excellent analytical, spelling and grammar skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent attendance and reliability with the ability to work overtime hours as required.

Your Responsibilities would include:

• Edit hours reported, including checking all edit/error codes and verifying data entry
• Resolve any data/ report issues directly with the employer
• Prepare Employer Contribution Reports for processing
• Data entry of Employer Contribution Reports
• Preparation of billing, and/or credit requests
• Assist in handling billing/credit advice notices and participant inquiries as needed

Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
