Job Description
Shine-On Window Cleaning and Home Services is URGENTLY hiring reliable employees from the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas for our Overland Park, KS location! Must be detail oriented, able to follow directions, able to have a positive attitude and be willing to submit to background check.
Looking for full time employee. Normal days run from around 8:30 to 4 or 5 PM. Full time Tuesday-Saturday, occasional Mondays available.
Bi-Lingual is great however, we need you to speak English as your primary language in order to communicate with clients and fellow employees.
Pay starting at $18-$22/hour. $500 signing bonus and raise after 90 days with potential for commissions and bonuses.
No experience necessary! You bring the enthusiasm, we provide the uniform, equipment and service vehicle!
PTO after 9 months.
Duties vary by day, but include:
• Window Cleaning
• Gutter Cleaning
• Power Washing
• Moving and climbing ladders
• Other duties as assigned
