Kona Home Services is a small business in Dallas, Texas. We are seeking to bring out several people to wash windows in Texas this next summer. Housing is provided! We are professional, agile, customer-centric and our goal is to create the best window cleaning experience for all of our customers. Our work environment includes:

Growth opportunities:

• Average performers make at least $250 per day before tips! This is a commission based job where you are paid a percentage of every house you clean. So the more houses you clean each day, the more you get paid! Even our lowest performing workers make at least $200 per day, and our high end workers make $350. This is a seasonal position, work begins in May and ends in August, but you decide how long you stay and if you want to stay longer and make more than $25,000!

Duties:

• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning solutions and tools
• Remove dirt, grime, and smudges from windows to ensure a streak-free finish
• Wipe down window frames, sills, and tracks to remove dust and debris
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed while working at heights or in potentially hazardous conditions
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific window cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to achieve a high level of cleanliness
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment or climb ladders as required
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients in a professional manner
