JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities specific to this client site include, but are not limited to: - Provide excellent customer service to our clients
- Observe, survey, and report activities at the assigned site
- Respond quickly to critical situations
- Ability to read and write detailed reports
- Enforce client procedures, regulations, and standards
- Participate in risk management activities.
- Respond to all safety hotline calls promptly and efficiently such as fires or medical emergencies.
- Conducted regular patrols for suspicious activity or persons.
- Securing doors within client facility.
- Access control responsibilities.
- Monitored travelers and staff for unusual or suspicious behavior.
- Coordinate with client staff in upholding security operations.
- Coordinating with other security personnel and law enforcement officers during investigations of security breaches or other crimes.
- Monitoring surveillance cameras to identify potential threats or criminal activity.
- Conducting physical screenings of passengers using metal detectors and handheld scanners.
QUALIFICATIONS Qualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to: - At least 18 years of age is required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
- Pass an extensive screening process.
- Prior security experience is welcomed but not required.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Strong skills in detecting potential emergencies.
- Excellent ability to work in poor weather conditions.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a KCMO private security license and SIDA license (GARDAWORLD will help to obtain any required licenses during our company hiring process).
