Job Details Job Title: Senior Physician Recruiter Location: Remote (U.S.-based) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary Range: Starting at $65,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Reports To: Director of Recruitment About HealthSource Partners HealthSource Partners is a multispecialty physician management group currently managing 4 Emergency Departments, 1 Anesthesia division, and 2 Hospitalist divisions. Position Summary The Senior Physician Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top-tier physicians and advanced practice providers across HealthSource’s multispecialty divisions, including Emergency Medicine, Anesthesia, and Hospitalist services . This role manages a full recruitment desk — handling candidate sourcing, client/provider relations, and the hiring process from start to finish. This is a high-impact role for an experienced healthcare recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and has a proven ability to attract and engage highly skilled medical professionals. Key Responsibilities Manage a full recruitment desk , including sourcing, outreach, and placement of physicians and advanced practice providers across all HealthSource divisions. Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, physicians, and internal division leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Conduct candidate outreach via emails, phone calls, text messages, and maintain all activity notes within RecruiterFlow , the company’s source of record. Screen, interview, and assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for HealthSource divisions. Facilitate the offer and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new providers. Provide market insights and recruitment strategy recommendations to division leadership. Maintain compliance with internal policies, credentialing standards, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in physician or healthcare recruiting, with experience in permanent placement and PRN roles preferred. Proven ability to manage a full recruitment desk (candidate sourcing + business relationship management). Knowledge of the healthcare industry, physician credentialing, and compensation structures. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience using RecruiterFlow or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred. Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet performance goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
